Job Description:

Position Summary

 This position pays $15-$17 per your depending on experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible performing varied duties to install, repair, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

 

Experience and Skills:

Essential Job Duties

1. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain facility equipment.

2. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of facility as needed and performs scheduled maintenance repairs to avoid disturbing the facility’s schedule.

3. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

4. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

5. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

6. Coordinates the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions

7. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

8. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

9. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

10. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

11. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

12. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

13. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

 

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.
  2. Must meet all healthcare requirements, including Tuberculosis skin test
  3. Must be in positive standing with all healthcare agencies, including the Employment Clearance Registry and Adult Maltreatment Registry
  4. An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
